Chardham Yatra Chalo is a Unit of Ashoka India Tours and all correspondence should be addressed to M/s. Ashoka India Tours, New Delhi (India).

For Yatra Package bookings, we require 25% advance payment to hold the booking on confirmed basis & the balance payment should be paid within 07 days of reservation date (If the booking made within 30 days of travel date) OR either 30 days prior of Travel date for the services contracted. We (Ashoka India Tours) hold the right to decide on the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Besides above, during the peak season, fairs/festivals and in certain cases like hotels or resorts bookings, Special Air/Train Journeys, full payment may be required in order to hold space on CONFIRMED BASIS. In certain occasion & dates such payments are NON REFUNDABLE.

Company carries no insurance whatsoever for any tour participants. Hence it is advisable to get travel insurance by your own. Company will not held responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to sudden sickness, weather conditions, war & strikes, quarantine or other causes or acts of God or acts beyond their control during the tour and no refund will be given in such conditions. Company will not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents. All rates & bookings will be subject to availability.

MODE OF PAYMENT

Outside India Payments – For outside India payment, we accept payment through Bank Wire Transfers and PayPal only (an online payment option to receive payment from outside India). In case of payment by PayPal there will be 3% extra taxes to be charged on the amount being paid by PayPal.

Online Payment within India – We have the facility of getting payments through all major Domestic Credit/Debit Cards such as Visa, Master Card & all Premium Cards such as Signature, American Express (Amex / JCB / Diners) Cash cards / E-wallets / M-wallets and through net banking. Extra service taxes for various cards as per follows:-
